Magazines purchased from Oxford Puzzle Company will be sent by mail at a frequency set out in the details for each magazine. The first magazine will be sent mainly within 14 days but no more than 8 weeks after the date of order. Magazine subscription refunds are not offered. Purchases other than magazine subscriptions will fall under the rules for distance selling. Refunds can only be considered for non-magazine purchases if products are returned undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Magazines subscriptions and products purchased from Oxford Puzzle Company can only be delivered to addresses in the UK including Northern Ireland.
